Refund & Return Policy

At MNDST, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, as long as the item is:

✅ Unused & Unworn – Items must be in their original condition, unwashed, and with tags attached.

✅ In Original Packaging – Please return the item in its original packaging to ensure it reaches us in the best condition.

✅ Non-Final Sale – Items marked as final sale, clearance, or limited edition drops are not eligible for returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, damaged product), we will cover return shipping costs.

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? We offer exchanges for the same product if stock is available. Simply request an exchange, and we’ll send out the replacement once we receive your original item.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info@mndstclub.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will make it right as quickly as possible.
